Terms of use · Effective July 28, 2026

Terms for this website.

These terms cover joinridealong.com — the pages you are reading. They are not the agreement for the RideAlong product, which is separate.

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the RideAlong website at joinridealong.com and its subpages ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern the RideAlong software product. Access to the product is covered by a separate written agreement between RideAlong and the customer, and nothing on this site creates a right to use the product.

2. What the site is for

The site exists to describe what RideAlong makes and to let interested people get in touch. Everything on it — copy, figures, demo video, product illustrations — is provided for general information.

Descriptions of product capability reflect what we are building and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, a commitment to deliver any particular feature, or professional, legal, or financial advice. Any figures shown in product illustrations are examples chosen to demonstrate the interface, not projections of the results any particular company will achieve. Third-party statistics are attributed where they appear and we do not independently guarantee them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

The RideAlong name, logo, site design, copy, video, and code are owned by RideAlong and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, reproduce the demo video elsewhere, or use the RideAlong name or logo to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, without our written permission.

Typefaces are used under their respective licences. Any third-party marks that appear on the site remain the property of their owners.

5. Links to other sites

The site may link to pages we do not control. We include those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of anything you find at the other end of them.

6. Availability

We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideAlong and the people who work on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information about site visitors is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which RideAlong is organised, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@joinridealong.com.
