About

Who is behind this.

RideAlong is a business software company. We help companies get real value out of the enterprise AI seats they are already paying for.

What we make

Companies bought AI licences for everyone and then discovered that owning a tool and knowing how to use it are different problems. Most of those seats go unused. The work they were meant to absorb is still being done by hand, every week, by people who were never shown another way.

RideAlong is software that closes that gap. It sits alongside a person as they work, learns which parts of their week repeat, and offers to walk them through automating it — on their own real task, in the moment the work shows up. Nothing is automated until a human approves it, and anything running can be switched off in one click. Every hour handed back is counted and priced, so the people who signed the contract can finally see what the spend returned.

Where we are

Early, and we would rather say so plainly. RideAlong is being built right now with a first group of design partners. If you work with us at this stage you are talking to the people writing the code, and the things you ask for tend to get built.

The two of us

Who you would be working with.

We started this after watching capable teams spend their days on work a machine should have been doing, while the software that could have done it sat one tab away, untouched.

How we think about trust

A product that watches how people work has to be careful, and being careful is a design constraint rather than a policy we bolt on later. RideAlong asks before it shows anyone anything. It does not automate without explicit human approval. Anyone can turn it off. Those are product rules, not settings buried in an admin panel.

This website runs one analytics tool and nothing else — no cookies, no ads, no cross-site trackers. Exactly what it collects is in our privacy policy.

Talk to us

We are taking design partners for the first cohort. Bring one team and one messy week of work and we will show you what RideAlong finds in it.

Email hello@joinridealong.com and one of the two of us will answer.
